Gene Information
human ... SPRED1(161742)
General description
Spred1 is a tyrosine kinase substrate which has a cysteine-rich domain which resembles the SPR domain at the carboxy terminus. Spred1 associated with Ras, blocks phosphorylation of Raf and disrupts MAP kinase signaling during the differentiation of neuronal cells and myocytes. A mutation in Spred1 has been linked to Lugius syndrome, an autosomal dominant RAS-MAPK pathway syndrome.
~50 kDa observed
Immunogen
KLH-conjugated linear peptide corresponding to human Spred-1.
Application
Anti-Spred-1 Antibody is an antibody against Spred-1 for use in WB.

Arteriogenesis is a complicated process induced by increased local shear-and radial wall-stress, leading to an increase in arterial diameter. This process is enhanced by growth factors secreted by both inflammatory and endothelial cells in response to physical stress. Although therapeutic
