General description

The Total service plan for the Milliflex Oasis® filtration system guarantees that the system is fully operational and compliant with our specification, you can rely entirely on your system to perform microbiological testing.
Milliflex Oasis® service plans include
  • One preventative maintenance performed in one of our repair centers to check system functionalities, performances and detect potential parts damaged or wear out
  • The replacement of critical wear parts included in the service kit (quoted separately)
  • Priority at the repair center on systems without service plan
  • A complete Performance report to document services, results, instruments traceability, and system conformity is provided
  • Shipping fees from the repair center 
  • The renewal process of the service plan managed by our teams.


In addition, the Total Service plan includes 
  • Unlimited repair visits (labor and spare parts) to avoid unexpected costs due to system breakdown.
