General description
CD31，也称为血小板内皮细胞粘附分子1（PECAM1），是I型整合膜糖蛋白，也是细胞表面受体免疫球蛋白超家族的成员。 PECAM-1 在内皮细胞表面组成性表达，并集中在细胞连接处。PECAM-1还在所有白细胞和血小板中低水平表达。 CD31的同型相互作用（homotypic interaction ）对于细胞-细胞相互作用、细胞-基质相互作用和信号转导很重要。

抗-PECAM-1抗体（克隆390 ）是一种针对PECAM-1的抗体，可用于FC、IH&IP。
