经验证，该山羊抗兔IgG过氧化物酶偶联物可用于ELISA和免疫组化以检测兔IgG。

从250 mM NaCl，10 mM磷酸钠，15 mg/ml BSA（pH 7.6）中冻干。
制备说明
用1.5 ml H₂O复溶抗体。由于充分混合会使抗体变性，因此在4°C下轻轻混合使其溶解。在复溶后分装并冷冻保存（-70°C）。避免溶液反复冻融。或者，可以添加甘油（最终浓度为50%），然后将复溶的抗体储存于-20°C。请注意，在这些条件下，抗体和缓冲盐的浓度将为原始浓度的一半。
其他说明
为了确保这些试剂的质量，每个批次都使用我们的几种一抗进行测试。通过免疫电泳检测抗体特异性，结果显示对兔IgG和大多数兔免疫球蛋白常见的轻链具有特异性。未检测到与非免疫球蛋白血清蛋白的交叉反应性。该抗体也已通过ELISA和/或吸附进行了检测，以确保与人血清蛋白的交叉反应性降至最低，但该抗体可能与其他物种的免疫球蛋白具有交叉反应性。在单个系统中，应对抗体进行滴定以获得最佳结果。
