General description

  • 分析物：sCD40L、EGF、Eotaxin/CCL11、FGF-2、Flt-3配体、Fractalkine、G-CSF、GM-CSF、GRO、IFN-α2、IFN-γ、IL-1α、IL-1β、IL-1RA、IL-2、IL-3、IL-4、IL-5、IL-6、IL-7、IL-8、IL-9、IL-10、IL-12（p40）、IL-12（p70）、IL-13、IL-15、IL-17A、IP-10、MCP-1、MCP-3、MDC（CCL22）、MIP-1α、MIP-1β、PDGF-AA、PDGF-AB/BB、RANTES、TGF-α、TNF-α、TNF-β、VEGF
  • 推荐的样品类型：血清，血浆或组织/细胞裂解物和培养上清液样品
  • 推荐的样本稀释度：纯血浆或血清。组织培养上清液可能需要在测定之前用适当的对照培养基稀释。RANTES，PDGF-AA和PDGF-AB/BB需要血浆/血清样品的1:100稀释液。
  • 注释：由于需要1:100稀释的血浆/血清样品，RANTES、PDGF-AA和PDGF-AB/BB不能与该面板中的其他细胞因子复合。
