Application
A medium suitable for the enrichment, cultivation and isolation of lactobacilli from all types off food and pathogenical specimens.
Preparation Note
Suspend 62g in 1 litre demineralised water. Allow to stand for 15 minutes. Boil whilst stirring until completely dissolved. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool to 45 -50°C. Mix well and pour plates.
