一般描述

推荐的样品类型：人血清、血浆和细胞/组织培养上清液或裂解液
推荐的样品稀释液：每孔25μ L未稀释的血清或血浆；细胞/组织培养样品可以未经稀释使用，也可以用适当的对照培养基稀释使用。注意：以下分析物需要向血清或血浆样品中添加蛋白酶抑制剂（详见方案中的样品采集和储存部分）：GLP-1（DPPIV抑制剂）；胰淀素（蛋白酶抑制剂混合物）；胰高血糖素（抑肽酶）；胃饥饿素（活性）（丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂）
