General description
Ribonucleoside-diphosphate reductase subunit M2 (RRM2) is a cytoplasmic protein, which catalyzes the conversion of ribonucleoside diphosphates to deoxyribonucleoside diphosphates, and plays an important role in DNA damage and repair. RRM2 has been implicated in various types of cancer.
~45 kDa observed
Immunogen
GST-tagged recombinant protein corresponding to human RRM2.
Application
Detect Ribonucleotide Reductase using this mouse monoclonal antibody, Anti-RRM2 Antibody, clone 4D1.2 validated for use in western blotting & ICC.

The hypoxia-induced transcription factor HIF1 inhibits cell growth in normoxia through poorly understood mechanisms. A constitutive upregulation of hypoxia response is associated with increased malignancy, indicating a loss of antiproliferative effects of HIF1 in cancer cells. To understand these differences
