Clone KT-IgM-8 is a mouse monoclonal antibody that detects Thomsen-nouveau (Tn) polysaccharide A1 monovalently, including in human tumor cells.

Purified mouse monoclonal antibody IgM in PBS without azide.

Stable for 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt. Handling Recommendations: Upon receipt and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution. Aliquot into microcentrifuge tubes and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, which may damage IgG and affect product performance.

Evaluated by Flow Cytometry in MCF-7 cells.

Flow Cytometry Analysis: 1 µg of this antibody detected Tn-antigen in one million MCF-7 cells.
