General description

Recombinant protein corresponding to mouse Semaphorin 4D/CD100.

~110 kDa observed. Uncharacterized band(s) may appear at 20-30 kDa in some lysates.

Flow Cytometry Analysis: 1.0 µg of this antibody from a representative lot detected Semaphorin 4D/CD100 in 1X10E6 mouse splenocyte.

Preparation Note

Stable for 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt.Handling Recommendations: Upon receipt and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution. Aliquot into microcentrifuge tubes and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, which may damage IgG and affect product performance.

Analysis Note

Evaluated by Western Blotting of msCD100-Fc recombinant protein.

Western Blotting Analysis: 0.5 µg/mL of this antibody detected Semaphorin 4D/CD100 in 10 µg of msCD100-Fc recombinant protein.
