~75 kDa observed. Uncharacterized bands may be observed in some lysate(s).

Immunocytochemistry Analysis (ICC): A 1:200-1,000 dilution from a representative lot detected CHUK in NIH/3T3 cells.

Mouse monoclonal IgG1 ascitic fluid containing 0.03% sodium azide.

Stable for 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt.Handling Recommendations: Upon receipt and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution. Aliquot into microcentrifuge tubes and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, which may damage IgG and affect product performance.

Evaluated by Western Blotting in Raji, Jurkat, THP-1 and K562 cell lysates.

Western Blotting Analysis (WB): A 1:500-2,000 dilution of this antibody detected CHUK in Raji, Jurkat, THP-1 and K562 cell lysates.
