Anti-PRKDC, clone 3H6 Antibody

Purified recombinant fragment of human PRKDC expressed in E. Coli.

~47 kDa observed. Uncharacterized bands may be observed in some lysate(s).

Immunohistochemistry Analysis (IHC): A 1:200-1,000 dilution from a representative lot detected PRKDC in breast cancer, colon cancer, lung cancer, and brain tissues.

Immunocytochemistry Analysis (ICC): A 1:200-1,000 dilution from a representative lot detected PRKDC in HeLa cells.

ELISA: A representative lot detected control antigen (100 ng) and antigen (10 ng, 50 ng, 100 ng) in ELISA (Direct).

Mouse monoclonal IgG1 ascitic fluid containing 0.03% sodium azide.

Stable for 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt.Handling Recommendations: Upon receipt and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution. Aliquot into microcentrifuge tubes and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, which may damage IgG and affect product performance.

Evaluated by Western Blotting in HEK293 and PRKDC -- hIgGFc transfected HEK293 cell lysates.

Western Blotting Analysis (WB): A 1:500-2,000 dilution of this antibody detected PRKDC in HEK293 and hIgGFc transfected HEK293 cell lysates.
