Anti-dimethyl Histone H3 (Lys9) Antibody, clone RM151

A linear peptide corresponding to human Histone H3 dimethylated at Lys9.

~17 kDa observed. Uncharacterized bands may be observed in some lysate(s).

Multiplex Analysis (Mplex): 0.1-0.5 μg/mL from a representative lot was used in Multiplex.

This antibody reacts to Histone H3 dimethylated at Lysine 9 (K9me2). No cross reactivity with monomethylated Lysine 9 (K9me1), trimethylated Lysine 9 (K9me3), or other methylations in Histone H3.

Rabbit monoclonal in PBS with 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide

Evaluated by Western Blotting in recombinant HeLa protein and HeLa acid extract.

Western Blotting Analysis (WB): 0.5 μg/mL of this antibody detected dimethyl Histone H3 (Lys9) in HeLa acid extract.
