Clone HL2383 is a mouse monoclonal antibody that detects AAV8 capsid protein. Also displays cross-reactivity with AAV3B capsid protein.

Purified mouse monoclonal antibody IgG3 in PBS without preservatives.

Stable for 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt. Handling Recommendations: Upon receipt and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution. Aliquot into microcentrifuge tubes and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, which may damage IgG and affect product performance.

Evaluated by Dot Blot with AAV8 and AAV9 virus like particles .

Dot Blot Analysis: Various dilutions of AAV8 and AAV9 virus like particles were probed with Adenovirus 8. This antibody specifically detects AAV8, but not AAV9.
