Anti-CD300a (CLM-8) Antibody, clone TX41

Ba/F3 cells transfected with murine CLM-8 (MAIR-I/CD300a) fused with the Fc portion of human IgG.

~ 30 kDa observed; 35.63 kDa calculated. Uncharacterized bands may be observed in some lysate(s).

Flow Cytometry Analysis: A representative lot detected CD300a (CLM-8) in Flow Cytometry applications (Miki, H., et. al. (2015). J Immunol. 194(11):5069-76).

Function Analysis: A representative lot of this antibody increased neutrophil numbers in the peritoneal cavity, improved bacterial clearance, and prolonged survival in mice. (Nakahashi-Oda, C., et. al. (2012). J Exp Med. 209(8):1493-503).


Immunofluorescence Analysis: A representative lot detected CD300a (CLM-8) in Immunofluorescence applications (Miki, H., et. al. (2015). J Immunol. 194(11):5069-76).

Clone TX41 is a rat monoclonal antibody that specifically detects mouse CD300a (CLM-8).

Purified rat monoclonal antibody in PBS without azide.

Stable for 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt. Handling Recommendations: Upon receipt and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution. Aliquot into microcentrifuge tubes and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, which may damage IgG and affect product performance.

Evaluated by Western Blotting in mouse kidney tissue lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis: A 1:500 dilution of this antibody detected CD300a (CLM-8) in mouse kidney tissue lysate.
