Clone 32C2 is a mouse monoclonal antibody that detects Calcium homeostasis modulator protein 1 (CALHM1). It targets an epitope within 11 amino acids from the C-terminal region.

Purified mouse monoclonal antibody IgG2a in buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl with 0.05% sodium azide.

Stable for 1 year at 2-8°C from date of receipt.

Evaluated by Western Blotting in HepG2 cell lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis: A 1:500 dilution of this antibody detected CALHM1 in HepG2 cell lysate.
