Anti-NPHP1 Antibody, clone 1M4

A synthetic polypeptide fused by 16 different NPHP1 peptide sequences predicted to have the highest antigenicity. The sequence was converted to cDNA and the polypeptide was expressed and purified from E. coli.

~92 kDa observed; 83.30 kDa calculated. Uncharacterized bands may be observed in some lysate(s).

Immunofluorescence Analysis: A representative lot of this antibody detected NPHP1 in Immunofluorescence applications (Xu, Q., et. al. (2016). Nat Commun. 7:10777).

Clone 1M4 is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically detects human Nephrocystin-1 (NPHP1).

Purified mouse monoclonal antibody IgG3 in buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl with 0.05% sodium azide.

Stable for 1 year at 2-8°C from date of receipt.

Evaluated by Western Blotting in human testis tissue lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis: A 1:500 dilution of this antibody detected NPHP1 in human testis tissue lysate.
