~22 kDa observed; 21.62 kDa calculated. Uncharacterized bands may be observed in some lysate(s).

Western Blotting Analysis: A representative lot detected JWA in Western Blotting applications (Li, Y., et. al. (2015). Sci Rep. 5:11009).

Immunoprecipitation Analysis: A representative lot immunoprecipitated JWA in Immunoprecipitation applications (Wang, R., et. al. (2018). Cell Death Dis. 9(3):352).

Purified mouse monoclonal antibody IgG1 in buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl with 0.05% sodium azide.

Stable for 1 year at 2-8°C from date of receipt.

Evaluated by Western Blotting in NIH3T3 cell lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis: 1 µg/mL of this antibody detected JWA in NIH3T3 cell lysate.
