应用

  • 推荐的样品类型：大鼠血清、血浆、细胞/组织培养物上清液和裂解物。
  • 注：对于特定的分析物，应在采血后添加蛋白酶抑制剂：GLP-1的DPPIV（活性）；胰岛淀粉样多肽蛋白酶抑制剂混合物（活性）；胰高血糖素用抑肽酶；胃饥饿素的丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂（活性）
  • 建议的样品稀释度：每孔25 μL未稀释的血清或血浆；细胞/组织培养样品可能需要在适当的对照培养基中稀释。
  • 分析运行时间：在2-8℃下过夜（18-20小时）
