General description

TORC（cAMP反应元件结合（CREB）蛋白调节转导子）是保守的共激活因子家族的成员，通过与CREB的bZIP-DNA结合/二聚化结构域进行非磷酸化依赖性相互作用而增强CRE依赖性转录。研究表明，TORC磷酸化和核/细胞质穿梭在cAMP调节糖异生中起重要作用。

兔多克隆抗体以未稀释的血清形式提供。可识别出过度表达细胞中的~79 kDa TORC1、TORC2和TORC3蛋白以及内源性TORC1和TORC2。

可识别出过度表达TORC1、TORC2或TORC3的293T细胞中的~79 kDa TORC1、TORC2和TORC3蛋白。可识别出内源性TORC1和TORC2。

这种抗PAN-TORC（1-42）兔pAb经验证可用于免疫印迹、免疫沉淀法检测PAN-TORC（1-42）。

容易检测到过度表达蛋白的细胞中的TORC1、TORC2和TORC3，也可检测到内源性水平的TORC1和TORC2。内源性TORC3只在水平高时才能检测到。该抗体已用于免疫沉淀过度表达细胞中的重组TORC1、TORC2和TORC3。对于免疫沉淀，测试了400 µl总体积中的4 µl。应对抗体进行滴定，以在个别系统中获得最佳结果。
