General description

Purified mouse monoclonal antibody. Recognizes the ~20-22 kDa DHFR protein.

Recognizes the ~20-22 kDa DHFR protein in HeLa and PC-12 cells.

This Anti-DFHR Mouse mAb (2B10) is validated for use in ELISA, Immunoblotting, Immunocytochemistry for the detection of DFHR.

Immunogen

A recombinant polypeptide corresponding to amino acids of 88-188 human DHFR, expressed as a GST fusion protein
