Silver Sulfate can be used as:
- A reagent for the iodination of aromatic amines, alkyl, and alkoxybenzenes in the presence of iodine.
- A precursor salt to synthesize silver nanoparticles using the marigold flower extract.
- A reactant to prepare silver sulfate hybrid framework with melamine, which is used as an efficient heterogeneous catalyst for cyanosilylation, ketalization, and esterification reaction reactions.
