General description

Biochem/physiol Actions
丝氨酸内肽酶,水解赖氨酸或精氨酸羧基侧的肽键和酯键;比胰蛋白酶的选择性更高。
它在蛋白酶解和纤维蛋白溶解起着重要作用。纤维蛋白溶酶具有导致发炎的活性。纤维蛋白溶酶也涉及肽键的水解,之后产生精氨酸或赖氨酸。它还可以裂解激素,如胰高血糖素、促血小板生成素和生长激素。纤维蛋白溶酶在C3和C5等补体因子、凝血因子V和VII、基质蛋白、生长因子、上皮细胞钙粘蛋白和金属蛋白酶的裂解中起一定作用。
