Analysis Note
制备：地高辛免疫后，通过离子交换色谱法纯化绵羊 IgG。通过免疫吸附分离特异性 IgG。木瓜蛋白酶消化后得到的 Fab 片段通过凝胶过滤纯化并冻干。
Other Notes
仅用于生命科学研究。不可用于诊断。
因为多克隆抗体没有测序，所以 Fab 片段中氨基的编号未知。但是根据经验，全长抗体平均含有约 80 个氨基。
