General description
检测限：硝酸盐为 0.28 μM，亚硝酸盐为 0.32 μM。
线性：该方法在 0.28 μM 至 80.0 μM 硝酸盐和 0.32M 至 108.0 μM 亚硝酸盐范围内是线性的。

Preparation Note
工作浓度：推荐的标准物质是硝酸钠，但校准曲线的浓度仅适用于硝酸根离子。其原因是不知道样品中存在哪种阳离子。为了强调这一点，说明书指出了从 NaNO2 到亚硝酸盐（NO2-）的转换因子。
工作溶液：制备溶液
储存条件（工作溶液）：反应混合物 2：现配现用，使用将溶液置于 15 至 25°C
显色试剂 I：磺胺，稳定的，8ml
硝酸钾标准品，等分试样：在 -15 至 -25℃ 下可稳定 3 个月
工作溶液：制备溶液
- 在 15 至 25°C 下使用未稀释的瓶 1 内容物。
从瓶 2 中取出 3 片放入烧杯中，并溶解在 1ml 瓶 1 缓冲液中；使用提供的镊子从瓶子中取出药片。得到的溶液是反应混合物 2，可进行约 20 次孵育试验。
将一瓶 3 内容物溶解在 0.6ml 双蒸水中得到溶液 3。
使用未稀释地瓶 4 内容物。
使用未稀释地瓶 5 内容物。
