General description
Expand™逆转录酶是一种RNA指导的DNA聚合酶,经过优化在两步法 RT-PCR检测中可以将cDNA扩增为13.5 kb 片段。该酶是莫洛尼鼠白血病病毒逆转录酶(M-MuLV-RT)的基因工程产品。核糖核酸酶H序列中的A点突变会使核糖核酸酶H活性降低至无法检出的水平。与采用天然M-MuLV-RT相比可以得到明显的改进,包括全长cDNA转录本数量更多且转录本更长
