E. coli growth agar with ampicillin ready to use. Specially formulated growth medium for E. coli that eliminates the time consuming need for autoclaving in media preparation. It is ready to use after heating for only approx. 4 min in a microwave oven.
Contents: 20 pouches. Each pouch provides sufficient material for 200 mL E. coli growth medium (8 to 10 plates). Presterilized low salt LB agar medium supplemented with ampicillin, for the maintenance and propagation of resistant E. coli strains.
