General description
Primisulfuron-methyl belongs to the class of sulfonylurea herbicides.
Application
Primisulfuron-methyl may be used as an analytical reference standard for the determination of the analyte in:
- Surface and groundwater samples by solid-phase extraction (SPE) and high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry (HPLC/ESI-MS).
- Tap and leaching water samples by SPE and LC coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) with ESI and selected reaction monitoring (SRM) detection.
- Wine samples by vortex-assisted ionic liquid dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction ((VA-IL-DLLME)) and capillary HPLC.
