General description
The electrophoretic mobilities of the maker proteins are altered by the attachment of dye. For precise molecular weight determinations on Western blots, biotinylated Molecular Weight Standard Mixture (Sigma No. KR225) is recommended. Dissolve content of one vial in 800 μl sample buffer (2x Laemmli buffer (Cat. No. 11337) and 8 M urea (Cat. No. 51458), 1:1)
