Preparation Note
取42 g溶于1L蒸馏水中。在121°C高压灭菌15分钟。冷却至约50°C。
TSC 琼脂：
向1升的基础琼脂中加入400 mg复水的D-环丝氨酸（货号 30020）作为无菌过滤的水溶液或2管产气荚膜梭菌T.S.C.补剂（货号P9352）和50 ml卵黄乳液（货号 17148）。充分混匀并倒至培养平板中。
无卵黄TSC琼脂（也用作琼脂覆层）：
加入400 mg复水的D-环丝氨酸（货号 30020）或2管产气荚膜梭菌T.S.C.补剂（货号P9352）至1升的基础琼脂，并充分混匀。
TSC 荧光琼脂：
向1升的基础琼脂中加入5.5 g复水的TSC琼脂补剂（货号80548）作为无菌过滤的水溶液。充分混匀并倒至平板中。
SFP 琼脂（Shahidi-Ferguson Perfringens 琼脂）：
向1升基础琼脂中加入2管产气荚膜梭菌S.F.P.补剂（货号P9477）和50 ml卵黄乳液（货号17148）。充分混匀并倒至无菌培养平板中。
