Preparation Note

TSC 琼脂:

无卵黄TSC琼脂(也用作琼脂覆层):
加入400 mg复水的D-环丝氨酸(货号 30020)或2管产气荚膜梭菌T.S.C.补剂(货号P9352)至1升的基础琼脂,并充分混匀。
TSC 荧光琼脂:
向1升的基础琼脂中加入5.5 g复水的TSC琼脂补剂(货号80548)作为无菌过滤的水溶液。充分混匀并倒至平板中。
SFP 琼脂(Shahidi-Ferguson Perfringens 琼脂):
向1升基础琼脂中加入2管产气荚膜梭菌S.F.P.补剂(货号P9477)和50 ml卵黄乳液(货号17148)。充分混匀并倒至无菌培养平板中。
