General description

Corning® Gentest Phosphate Buffer with pH 7, is used as assay buffer for cytochrome P450 and Phase II enzyme drug metabolism assays.

Application

Corning® Gentest Buffer Phosphate 0.5M 500 mL may be used as a component of homogenizing buffer for isolating microsomes from liver tissues. It has also been used as a buffer component in in vitro assay with human liver microsomes.
