General description
Wheat flour can be obtained via milling a mixture of seeds of a grass type plant like wheat. It is found to be high in protein and carbohydrates.
Application
Wheat flour has been used as a certified reference material in validating the mineral composition of the food samples in endemic area affected by Kashin-Beck disease using atomic absorption spectrophotometry (AAS).
