亚硫酸氢钠（NaHSO3）已用作组成免疫沉淀（IP）缓冲液的试剂，用于化学修饰 DNA 和合成砷脂（AsL）。
它还可用作合成 5，6-二氢尿嘧啶-6 的试剂磺酸盐。
