General description
该试剂盒是一款完整的即用型微量滴定板检测试剂盒,适用于通过比色法检测蛋白质。本品基于四唑盐在碱性条件下发生的还原反应。四唑盐易于被蛋白质的糖基所还原，进而生成甲瓒染料。WST-8甲瓒染料在pH 12.5条件下的最大波长为650 nm。
本蛋白定量试剂盒的检测范围为50 μg/ml至5000 μg/ml（孵育30分钟）。
