Atto-Dino 4 solution

0.5% solids in aquaeous buffer, pH 7.0

Atto-Dino 4 is a cell permeable homodimer. In aqeous solution it does not show any fluorescence. In presence of DNA it shows a bright fluorescence with quantum yield above 70%. Maximum of absorption lies at 485 nm, exctinction coefficient 140000 M^-1cm^-1. Maximum of emission shifts from 523 nm to 572 nm if bound to DNA.
