General description
鸟类、爬行动物和两栖动物可表达与IgG功能相当的IgY抗体。抗鸡 IgY（IgG）（全分子）-FITC 抗体对鸡IgY有特异性。 兔抗鸡IgY（IgG）可与异硫氰酸荧光素（FITC）偶联。游离的FITC通过凝胶过滤去除。
鸡 IgY 由两条重链（H）和两条轻链（L）组成。其分子量约为 180 kDa。

Application
抗鸡 IgY（IgG）（全分子）-FITC 抗体可用于免疫荧光。
抗鸡IgY (IgG)（全分子）-FITC抗体可用于人外周血淋巴细胞的免疫荧光，工作抗体稀释度为1:320。对于免疫组织化学，可使用1:320的工作抗体稀释液。使用1:1000的稀释度对小鼠角质细胞系308进行EP受体染色，所用抗体为鸡源一抗。这抗体还用于对猪神经样本进行免疫电子显微镜标记。

IgY在抵抗系统性感染的防御机制中起着重要作用。它还能引发过敏反应。

鸡IgY是鸡血清中的主要抗体。鸡对哺乳动物抗原蛋白产生相对增强的抗体反应。这些免疫球蛋白不与哺乳动物和细菌中的Fc受体结合，也不与类风湿因子相互作用。因此，鸡抗体是各种研究应用中有用的分析工具。
