General description
SCGN（促泌素）是一种新型的EF手，细胞类型特异性，Ca结合蛋白（CBP）。它在神经内分泌细胞中表达。具体而言，已经报道了其在外周和哺乳动物脑中的（肠）-内分泌细胞和神经内分泌细胞中的表达。它参与细胞内Ca2+动力学的调节。它包含一个Ca2+结合域和六个推定的EF手基序。
