General description

Biochem/physiol Actions
MKL1(巨核细胞白血病(易位)因子1)是一种转录共激活因子。G-肌动蛋白与MKL1相互作用,防止其结合转录因子SRF(血清反应因子)。脱离G-肌动蛋白的MKL1会与SRF相互作用,调控细胞骨架蛋白表达。MKL1也参与骨骼肌、心肌和平滑肌分化。还可增强肿瘤细胞侵袭和转移。
