一般描述

应用

- 裂解 lynx1 蛋白的糖基磷脂酰肌醇(GPI)锚定及其与质膜的分离
- 裂解免疫标记的 HeLa 细胞
生化/生理作用
用于释放锚定的 GPI 膜中的蛋白质。
磷脂酶 C(PI-PLC)通过裂解糖基磷脂酰肌醇释放二酰基甘油。它具有广泛的底物特异性,其活性受金属离子和表面活性剂的影响。
