General description

Biochem/physiol Actions
混合谱系激酶结构域样蛋白（MLKL）主要引起受体相互作用蛋白（RIP）激酶依赖性坏死病。然而，在肝炎期间，它导致程序性肝细胞坏死，其独立于RIPK3。MLKL还参与内体运输和细胞外囊泡的形成。
