Anti-Chicken IgG (Fc specific)-Biotin antibody produced in rabbit

An immunoglobulin has two heavy chain and two light chain connected by disulfide bond. It mainly helps in immune defense. It is a glycoprotein. IgG is a major class of immunoglobulin. Immunoglobulin G (IgG) participates in hypersensitivity type II and type III. Chicken IgG is structurally unique from mammalian analogue as it has an additional constant domain. IgG is mostly present in the yolk.

Chicken IgG F(c) fragment

This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Chicken IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against Anti-Biotin, Anti-Rabbit Serum, Chicken IgG, Chicken IgG F(c) and Chicken Serum. No reaction was observed against Chicken IgG F(ab′)2.

Supplied in 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 with 10 mg/mL Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) - Immunoglobulin and Protease free

Reconstitute with 1.0 mL deionized water (or equivalent).
