Biochem/physiol Actions
This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Hamster IgG coupled to agarose. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against Anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine), Anti-Rabbit Serum, Hamster IgG and Hamster Serum. No reaction was observed against Hamster IgG F(c).
