General description
抗热休克蛋白70（小鼠IgG1同种型）单克隆抗体分离自BRM-22杂交瘤，其通过融合小鼠骨髓瘤细胞和牛脑HSP70免疫的BALB/c小鼠来源的脾细胞产生。热休克蛋白70(HSP70)单抗特异性识别来自牛、小鼠、猴、狗、人、大鼠、鸡、章鱼、昆虫、植物、鱼类、兔和海胆的HSP70。
热休克蛋白家族A（Hsp70）成员1A（HSPA1A）由位于人类染色体6p21.33上的基因编码。它在所有组织中广泛表达。编码蛋白质的特征在于N末端45kDa的ATPase结构域和C末端25kDa的底物结合结构域，C端又可分成15kDa的β-三明治亚域和C末端的α-螺旋亚域。

Biochem/physiol Actions

Preparation Note
