General description

信号传感器和转录激活因子3 (STAT3)是白介素-6- (IL-6)激活的急性期反应因子(APRF)复合物的组成部分，属于信号传感器和转录激活因子(STAT)家族。在所有类型的组织中都有表达。STAT3基因有24个外显子，定位于人类染色体17q21.2。
能与多种急性期蛋白基因启动子中所鉴定的白介素6（IL-6）反应元件结合的转录因子。其可由IL31通过IL31RA进行激活。

Immunogen

Application

Biochem/physiol Actions
