General description

Immunogen

Application

兔产生的抗磷酸化stat3 (pSer727)抗体已被用于免疫印迹(1:1000)和免疫荧光染色(1:20 00)。

Biochem/physiol Actions

信号传感器和转录激活因子3 (STAT3)蛋白在细胞生长、凋亡、代谢、细胞呼吸和自噬中起关键作用。它可能是糖皮质激素受体信号转导的共激活物。STAT3可调节转录。它参与脊椎动物的发育以及炎症和免疫的调节。可能参与气道炎症、过敏和哮喘。STAT3基因突变与免疫缺陷、自身免疫和癌症相关。
