General description

Extract-N-Amp 组织PCR试剂盒用于从多种细胞和组织中快速提取DNA并通过PCR反应扩增感兴趣的目标基因。其采用一种新型提取方法，无需进行耗时的酶促降解或均质化反应。该试剂盒同时包含一种专门配制的热启动PCR ReadyMix™，可从提取物直接进行扩增。

Biochem/physiol Actions
