一般描述

免疫球蛋白G(IgG)是一种糖蛋白抗体,其可调节免疫反应,如吞噬作用,也可参与自身免疫疾病的发展。小鼠IgG具有四种不同的同种型,即IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b和IgG3。IgG1可调节小鼠的补体结合。
当针对纯化的小鼠IgA、IgG和IgM骨髓瘤蛋白进行测试时,山羊抗小鼠IgG(γ-链特异性)-过氧化物酶抗体对小鼠IgG具有特异性。

应用

HRP偶联的山羊抗小鼠γ链特异性用于通过ELISA检测血清和粘膜洗液中针对HIV1的中和抗体。3′3′5,5 四甲基联苯胺(Sigma)可用作开发底物。
山羊抗小鼠IgG(γ-链特异性)过氧化物酶抗体可用于ELISA应用,稀释度为1:3000。

外形

0.01 M磷酸盐缓冲液,pH 7.4,含有1%牛血清白蛋白和防腐剂。

制备说明

采用Wilson,M.B.和Nakane,P.K.在《免疫荧光及相关染色技术》中描述的过碘酸盐法制备(Elsevier/North Holland Biomedical Press,Amsterdam,p215 (1978))。
