Biochem/physiol Actions
By reduced immunoblotting, the antibody recognizes bands at 110 kDa, the zymogen, and a series of cleaved products at 55 kDa, 48 kDa, and 40 kDa. It will not detect the furin-processed form of ADAM-15.
