A Disintegrin And Metalloproteinase-33 (ADAM-3) is a widely expressed protein that egulates cell-attachment by binding to integrins via cysteine-rich domains. ADAM-33 has also been associated with asthma susceptibility. Rabbit Anti-ADAM-33, Propeptide Region antibody binds to the amino end of human ADAM-33.
By immunoblotting against the reduced protein, the antibody identifies bands at 99 kDa (minor band), 58 kDa (major band), and cleaved products in cell lysates.
