Features and Benefits

Regenerated cellulose beads with a high degree of porosity. The beads have exceptional properties for use as gel filtration media:

excellent flow characteristics under pressure
stable over pH range 1-14 and in high salt
volume change no more than ±1% over entire pH/ionic strength range
autoclavable (resists 120 °C, 1 hr at pH 7)

Beads can also be activated under mild conditions for immobilization of affinity ligands.
